TK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,033 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEN1, KIFC1, and PRR11. Each is linked with TK1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TK1-to-partner and partner-to-TK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TK1 versus FEN1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
