TK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,253 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, MCM2, and MCM3. Each is linked with TK1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TK1-to-partner and partner-to-TK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TK1 versus NCAPD2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
