TK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,678 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51AP1, FBXO5, and NCAPH. Each is linked with TK1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TK1-to-partner and partner-to-TK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TK1 versus RAD51AP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
