TK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-546P, GPM6BP2, and RNA5SP235. Each is linked with TK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TK1-to-partner and partner-to-TK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-546P grouped by TK1-low versus TK1-high in THCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
