Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TJP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TJP3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TJP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TJP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, BRCA, and BLCA are the cancer types where TJP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
