TJP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TJP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,032 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TJP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPT1P11, HIRA, and WNT5B. Each is linked with TJP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TJP3-to-partner and partner-to-TJP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPT1P11 grouped by TJP3-low versus TJP3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TJP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TJP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
