Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TJP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,846 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TJP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP154, RHOBTB2, and RGCC. Each is linked with TJP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TJP2-to-partner and partner-to-TJP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TJP2 versus RN7SKP154 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TJP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TJP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
