Across TCGA cell cohorts, TJP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,072 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TJP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of endothelial intestinal barrier, Protein localization to cell-cell junction, and Epithelial cell development. Each is linked with TJP2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TJP2-to-partner and partner-to-TJP2 results are reported.
