TJP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TJP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,785 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TJP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TJP1_S912, HSP90B1, and ABLIM1. Each is linked with TJP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TJP1-to-partner and partner-to-TJP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TJP1 versus TJP1_S912 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TJP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TJP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
