TJP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TJP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,639 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TJP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARNMT1, TMEM161B, and DACT2. Each is linked with TJP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TJP1-to-partner and partner-to-TJP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CARNMT1 grouped by TJP1-low versus TJP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TJP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TJP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
