The most reproducible TJP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-E2, and ASNS. Each is linked with TJP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TJP1-to-partner and partner-to-TJP1 results are reported.
