TJP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TJP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,054 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TJP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCN2, OR3A2, and C20orf173. Each is linked with TJP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TJP1-to-partner and partner-to-TJP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCN2 grouped by TJP1-low versus TJP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TJP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TJP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
