Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIRAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,267 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIRAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 production, Positive regulation of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 production, and Toll-like receptor TLR1:TLR2 signaling pathway. Each is linked with TIRAP in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIRAP-to-partner and partner-to-TIRAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 production grouped by TIRAP-low versus TIRAP-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
