Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIPARP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 453 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIPARP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB3, SLC25A1, and ZMAT5. Each is linked with TIPARP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPARP-to-partner and partner-to-TIPARP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIPARP versus CRYBB3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIPARP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIPARP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
