Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIPARP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,558 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIPARP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4444-2, YTHDF3-AS1, and CRYBB2P1. Each is linked with TIPARP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPARP-to-partner and partner-to-TIPARP results are reported.
