Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIPARP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIPARP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with TIPARP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPARP-to-partner and partner-to-TIPARP results are reported.
