Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIPARP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIPARP-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG1B, CCT8L2, and UTF1. Each is linked with TIPARP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPARP-to-partner and partner-to-TIPARP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG1B grouped by TIPARP-low versus TIPARP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIPARP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIPARP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
