TINF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TINF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,990 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TINF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRN3, SSRP1, and KHNYN. Each is linked with TINF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TINF2-to-partner and partner-to-TINF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TINF2 versus STRN3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.20.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TINF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TINF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
