TINF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TINF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,974 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TINF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HECTD3, TAS2R5, and SDR39U1. Each is linked with TINF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TINF2-to-partner and partner-to-TINF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TINF2 versus HECTD3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TINF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TINF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
