TINF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TINF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,095 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TINF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02307, NCKAP1P1, and ISCA1P3. Each is linked with TINF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TINF2-to-partner and partner-to-TINF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02307 grouped by TINF2-low versus TINF2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TINF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TINF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
