Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TINAGL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,704 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TINAGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P23, RN7SL191P, and SLC20A1P3. Each is linked with TINAGL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TINAGL1-to-partner and partner-to-TINAGL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P23 grouped by TINAGL1-low versus TINAGL1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TINAGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TINAGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
