TINAGL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TINAGL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TINAGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Smac, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with TINAGL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TINAGL1-to-partner and partner-to-TINAGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by TINAGL1-low versus TINAGL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TINAGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TINAGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
