TINAG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TINAG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,887 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TINAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPO, CIDECP1, and LINC00254. Each is linked with TINAG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TINAG-to-partner and partner-to-TINAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPO grouped by TINAG-low versus TINAG-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TINAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TINAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
