TIMP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 400 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3144, RNA5SP74, and RNU6-1155P. Each is linked with TIMP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMP4-to-partner and partner-to-TIMP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3144 grouped by TIMP4-low versus TIMP4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
