TIMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,276 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP6, FABP5P13, and OR4C12. Each is linked with TIMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMP2-to-partner and partner-to-TIMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP6 grouped by TIMP2-low versus TIMP2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
