TIMP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,573 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMA4, OLFML2B, and FOXS1. Each is linked with TIMP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMP1-to-partner and partner-to-TIMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMP1 versus LAMA4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
