TIMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are S6_pS240_S244, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with TIMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMP1-to-partner and partner-to-TIMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S6_pS240_S244 grouped by TIMP1-low versus TIMP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
