Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM9P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,133 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM9P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA transport, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, and Nuclear export. Each is linked with TIMM9P1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM9P1-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM9P1 results are reported.
