TIMM29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 153 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM29-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR2, ARHGAP42P3, and NMBR-AS1. Each is linked with TIMM29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM29-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAAR2 grouped by TIMM29-low versus TIMM29-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM29→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
