Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIMM29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,522 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with TIMM29 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM29-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM29 results are reported.
