TIMM22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,434 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHNAK, FAM135B, and MUC16. Each is linked with TIMM22 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM22-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AHNAK grouped by TIMM22-low versus TIMM22-high in CESC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
