TIMM22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 161 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-492P, VN1R91P, and TRAJ50. Each is linked with TIMM22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM22-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-492P grouped by TIMM22-low versus TIMM22-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
