TIMM21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,670 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, NARS1, and CTDP1. Each is linked with TIMM21 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM21-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMM21 versus SMAD4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
