Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIMM21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,595 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA damage tolerance, Centriole replication, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with TIMM21 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM21-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM21 results are reported.
