TIMELESS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMELESS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,322 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMELESS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRIM1, OIP5, and ASF1B. Each is linked with TIMELESS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMELESS-to-partner and partner-to-TIMELESS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMELESS versus PRIM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMELESS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMELESS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
