TIMELESS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMELESS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,549 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMELESS-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUF1, PGRMC2, and TFRC. Each is linked with TIMELESS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMELESS-to-partner and partner-to-TIMELESS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUF1 grouped by TIMELESS-low versus TIMELESS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMELESS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMELESS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
