TIMELESS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMELESS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMELESS-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, 4E-BP1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with TIMELESS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMELESS-to-partner and partner-to-TIMELESS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by TIMELESS-low versus TIMELESS-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMELESS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMELESS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
