Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIMELESS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,862 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMELESS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Mitotic DNA damage checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with TIMELESS in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMELESS-to-partner and partner-to-TIMELESS results are reported.
