Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIMELESS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMELESS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPACA5B, OR2T29, and OR2T10. Each is linked with TIMELESS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMELESS-to-partner and partner-to-TIMELESS results are reported.
