TIMD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,210 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BTK, COTL1, and DOCK2. Each is linked with TIMD4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMD4-to-partner and partner-to-TIMD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMD4 versus BTK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
