TIMD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 345 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG1, NUCB1, and MED25. Each is linked with TIMD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMD4-to-partner and partner-to-TIMD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMD4 versus NDRG1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
