TIGIT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGIT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGIT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD8A, RCSD1, and RCSD1_S351. Each is linked with TIGIT in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGIT-to-partner and partner-to-TIGIT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIGIT versus CD8A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGIT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGIT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
