TIGIT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGIT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,572 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGIT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB8P5, GSTO1, and TEX30. Each is linked with TIGIT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGIT-to-partner and partner-to-TIGIT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBB8P5 grouped by TIGIT-low versus TIGIT-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGIT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGIT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
