TIGIT

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGIT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGIT-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_beta, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with TIGIT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGIT-to-partner and partner-to-TIGIT results are reported.
