TIGD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,826 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANAPC15P2, TXNL1, and SNORD113-8. Each is linked with TIGD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD7-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANAPC15P2 grouped by TIGD7-low versus TIGD7-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
