Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIGD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,516 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIGD7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA processing, Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with TIGD7 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD7-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD7 results are reported.
