TIGD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,029 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF14, BOD1, and TBC1D9B. Each is linked with TIGD6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD6-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIGD6 versus RNF14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
