TIGD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1-MOB4, GPR75-ASB3, and POM121C. Each is linked with TIGD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD6-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1-MOB4 grouped by TIGD6-low versus TIGD6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
