TIGD6

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with TIGD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD6-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD6 results are reported.
