TIGD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIGD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR8, KRTAP10-5, and OOSP4B. Each is linked with TIGD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD6-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAAR8 grouped by TIGD6-low versus TIGD6-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
